No Prepayment Required: We do not require any advance payment for our freight services. Payment is only collected after your delivery is completed successfully. This means you pay upon delivery confirmation, not before.
Payment Upon Delivery: Once your shipment reaches its destination and is confirmed delivered in good condition, we will issue an invoice for the agreed shipping charges. Payment is due upon receipt of this invoice. We accept standard payment methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) at that time.
Transparency: By billing after delivery, we ensure you only pay for services that have been fulfilled to your satisfaction. There are no surprise charges or prepayment obligations. If a shipment is canceled in compliance with our policy (see below), you simply will not be billed.
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
Free Cancellation (24+ Hours Notice): You may cancel your scheduled freight shipment without any penalty or fees if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or dispatch time.

or call (810) 320-9475. Provide your shipment reference or booking number and the scheduled pickup date/time.Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of dispatch may be subject to a late cancellation fee, based on routing, driver scheduling, or vehicle allocation.
No-Show / Failure to Cancel: If our truck arrives and the shipment is not ready without notice, this may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, a portion of the delivery fee may apply. We will always contact you before charging any fee.
On-Time Commitment: We aim to deliver every shipment on schedule. If a delay is expected, we will notify you immediately.
Delays Caused by Our Company:
Minor Delays: You may receive a discount or future service credit.
Significant Delays: We may issue a partial refund based on the duration of the delay.
Delays Beyond Our Control: Events such as extreme weather, government actions, or natural disasters are excluded from refund eligibility, though we’ll do our best to assist and expedite service.
Exclusions: This policy does not apply to delays caused by client-side issues such as missing paperwork or unavailability at the delivery site.
No Upfront Charges: Since payment occurs after delivery, refunds are rarely required. If a fee adjustment applies, you will simply pay the reduced amount on your invoice.
If Payment Was Collected: In rare cases where a charge was made in advance, any refund will be returned to your original payment method or issued as a credit.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Confirmation: Every refund will be documented and confirmed via email.
No Cash Refunds: All refunds are processed electronically or via check.
